I found this interesting recipe online and when I tried it, the result was heavenly!
Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients
200 ml Condensed milk
160 gms Milk powder
1/2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
4 saffron strands
3 tbsp Hot milk
Slivered pistachios, for garnish
Instructions
Soak saffron in hot milk. Keep aside
In a microwave safe bowl add the milk powder, condensed milk, ghee, saffron milk and mix well making sure there are no lumps
Microwave on high for a minute
Mix well and add cardamom powder
Microwave it for 30 seconds at a time till you find it less of moisture
Once slightly warm make pedas by greasing your hands and kneading it slightly before you make a peda (kneading is to avoid cracks)
