Baked Mandazi

You all much be wondering what a mandazi is.. This is an African breakfast bread which is traditionally fried. My brother and sil live in Tanzanis and she one day make these gorgeous bites and sent me a pic.. As an ardent fan of breads in any form, what attracted me to make this was the coconut-nutmeg-cardamom powders combo in this. But i thought of baking instead of frying and Voila.. the result was amazing
