This is a very interesting recipe.. I had my amma's mango avakkai pickle and I, not being a pickle person did not know how to use it. I put on my thinking cap and thought of trying the baked sticks with the spice of the pickle and voila.. it was just yummy. The pickle has the spice and the needed oil and salt so it has to taste good
