Ingredients
1 cup Long pipe beans
1/3 cup Potatoes cut into big cubes
1/2 cup Finely chopped tomatoes
Salt, to taste
2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsps Coriander powder
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Finely chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions
Destring the beans and cut into 1 inch pieces
In a pressure pan take oil and splutter jeera
Add turmeric powder, and tomatoes and saute till it becomes mushy
Add salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and saute for 2 minutes
Add the potatoes and beans, 1 cup water and cook in 1 whistle
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis
