Beetroot kootu

This kootu is courtesy my cousin's wife Padma who is a good cook herself. I generally add green chillies for grinding the coconut paste, but for beetroot kootu it is better to add red chillies due to the colour. This was extremely tasty due to the sweetness of the beet and any day healthy as well
