This is another snack I learnt from my mom. She used to make this when we had leftover bread. It is really tasty and quick to make!

Ingredients
15 Bread slices
1 large Finely chopped onions
1 large Finely chopped tomatoes
1 small Cubed potatoes
1 tbsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
4 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
For tempering
4 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Instructions
Pinch the bread slices into small bits and keep it a large bowl
Sprinkle water all over the bits
In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds and urad dal
Once dal gets roasted add turmeric powder
Toss in the chopped onions and saute till light brown
Add the tomatoes, potatoes, salt, cover and cook till mushy and the potatoes get cooked (you can even microwave the potatoes)
Add the chilli powder, give it a mix
Add the bread slices and cook on slow flame for 10-15 mins till all the ingredients get combined well
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves
Serve hot with ketchup
