This is another paratha variety, but it is not stuffed with a filling like most parathas. I grated the broccoli and mixed it along with the flour. This paratha is extremely tasty and has the goodness of broccoli which has very good health benefits.

Ingredients
1 Broccoli
salt to taste
2 tsps Chilli powder
1 tbsp Garam masala
2 cups Wheat flour
Oil for cooking + 1 tbsp for doughl
Water for dough
Instructions
Cut the broccoli into florets and soak in hot salted water for half an hour
Drain the water completely and put them in a chopper and grate them
In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, salt, chilli powder, garam masala and the grated broccoli
Add water little by little to form a nice pliable dough
Smear oil and knead once more and then keep covered for half an hour
Roll into parathas and cook it
Serve hot with a veggie of your choice or with yogurt and pickle
