Ingredients
1 cup brown chana
Salt, to taste
2 tbsp Fresh grated coconut
For tempering
1 tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
4 red chillies
5-7 Curry leaves
1 tsp Hing
Instructions
Soak the chana overnight
Pressure cook the chana for 4-5 whistles
In a pan add oil, splutter mustard seeds and curry leaves
Add the red chillies, hing and mix
Add the cooked chana, salt and mix well
Garnish with grated coconut
