A very simple subzi that does not need much preparation and tastes really good!
Cook Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
1 cup Chopped cabbage
1/2 cup Potatoes cubed
1 Onion, finely chopped
1 tbsp Green chilli-ginger paste
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
A pinch of Sugar
1 Big Tomato finely chopped
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp Turmeric powder
Instructions
In a pan add oil and splutter cumin seeds and turmeric
Add the onion, chilli-ginger-paste and saute until the raw smell goes away
Add in the tomatoes, turmeric powder and saute until it becomes mushy
Add the cabbage, potatoes and salt. Cover and cook till done.
Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, sugar and saute for one more minute
Turn off the gas and serve hot with rotis
