Peeling the cardamom and making a powder of it as and when we need is the most hardest thing for me.. I tried combating this by buying store cardamom powder but realised that the aroma of store bought spices died down soon. Then I thought of trying this method and keeping it in a tight fitted jar which worked well and the aroma remained intact
