Cauliflower and Chickpea Coconut gravy

This is a very different gravy, best served with fulkas but even with steamed rice it tasted awesome. use slightly thinner coconut milk as too thick makes it very heavy. You dont need any other subzi, this can be had plain with rotis or even with plain steamed rice
