This is a veggie with grated cauliflower. This dish tastes like and can be had with rotis and a dal. You can mix this with a small boiled mashed potato and make a filling for a grilled sandwich as well.

Ingredients
2 cups Cauliflower grated
1/4 cup Frozen green peas
4 Finely chopped green chillies
1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
3 tbsp Yogurt
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Hing
Finely chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
Instructions
In a pan take oil and splutter cumin seeds
Add the hing, green chillies, garlic and ginger and sauté for a minute
Add the cauliflower and sauté for 3-4 minutes till it gets cooked
Add salt, coriander powder, chilli powder, frozen peas and cover and sauté for another minute
Add yogurt and cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, till it is cooked well
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis
