This is yet another mug recipe and it is eggless. This is a fantastic recipe for your sweet cravings on weekends, after lunch. I had it as is, but the icing on the cake is topping the hot brownie with cold ice cream.

Cook Time: 3 mins
Ingredients
3 tbsp Maida
3 tbsp Cocoa powder
3 tbsp Powdered sugar
3 tbsp Flavourless oil
3 tbsp Water
a pinch Salt
2 tbsp+ for topping Chocolate chips
1 tsp Vanilla essence
Instructions
In a large mug add all the ingredients and mix well
Add 3-4 chocolate chips on top
Place this in a microwave and bake for 60 seconds
If you think it is not done, bake for another 20-30 seconds at a time (do not microwave for a longer time at once as it may burn the mixture)
You can either have it hot as is or top it with cold ice cream, which is the best combo
