This is a very tasty bread with the spice of cinnamon and sugar amidst each slice. I would not say it is an easy recipe, however, it is not very difficult. I can assure you the end result is worth the work.

Ingredients
360 gms Maida
1 tsp Salt
100 gms Sugar
300 ml Milk
2 tsp Yeast
4 tbsp Butter
For the cinnamon filling
2.5 tbsp Cinnamon powder
150 gms Sugar
3 tbsp Butter
Instructions
For the cinnamon filling
In a small cup mix the cinnamon powder and sugar well
For the bread dough
In a saucepan heat the milk till it becomes warm and then dissolve sugar
Add the yeast and stir vigorously. Keep it covered for 10 mins till it froths up.
In a large mixing bowl add butter, maida and salt and mix well
Add the yeast mixture and knead it for 10-12 mins to form a soft pliable dough
Keep it covered with a wet cloth in a warm place for an hour and half till it doubles
Punch the dough and put it on your platform
To proceed
Roll it into a thick rectangle horizontally
Smear 3 tbsp butter all over and sprinkle it with the cinnamon sugar covering it entirely
Start rolling into a tight cylindrical log and seal it at the end and the sides
Place this in a greased bread loaf tin and cover it for an hour in a warm place till it doubles again
Brush milk on top of the bread dough and bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 35-40 mins and till the top is light brown
Cool completely and cut slices carefully with a bread knife
Have it as it is or toast it and have topped with butter
