Traditionally karachi or Bombay halwa is made with wheat and its a lengthy process as we first need to soak the wheat, grind it, remove the milk and cook that milk for long. This recipe with corn flour is equally lengthy but we can avoid the soaking grinding part. I love the stretchy hard halwa so it took me nearly an hour and half for this halwa, but fully worth the efforts if you like this halwa
