This modak recipe is similar to the salted modak recipe which I have posted. Basically since modaks are steamed, you can play around with the filling so that way I feel steamed modak is a versatile dish
I have never had the courage to try this laddoo as it involved deep frying and that too in ghee.. But I wanted to try this in air fryer...
