When we were staying in Muscat, I used to make thick curds with Al Mudhish milk powder and a formula taught by my aunt. The curd could be sliced and it was thick and creamy. For some reason after we relocated to Dubai, the curd never set as well so I landed up buying from out. Last week when I went to Drithis house in New Jersey, she had made curd in her insta pot and the texture was superb.. she showed me how to make and once I came back, I tried and Voila... the curd was superbb...
