This recipe was given to me from my classmate. I found it tasty and easy to make as well. This will be a thick gravy and almost dry.

Cook Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower cut into florets
1/2 cup Potatoes cubed
Salt, to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves, for garnish
For tempering
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
For the yogurt mixture
1 cup Thick yogurt
1 tsp Chilli powder
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander powder
Instructions
Soak cauliflower florets in hot boiling water with salt and turmeric powder
Mix all the yogurt mixture ingredients and keep aside
In a pan take oil and add ingredients for tempering
Add the cauliflower and potatoes, salt and cover and cook till 3/4 done
Add the yogurt mixture, adjust salt and cook till the water dries up
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with rotis
