1 Finely chopped onions
1/2 cup Finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Caraway seeds or ajwain

Instructions
In a wide mixing bowl add all the ingredients except water and oil and mix well
Add water slowly and knead to form a smooth dough (like a paratha dough)
Smear oil and knead once again. Keep aside for half an hour.
In a small plastic sheet grease water
Take a large ball of the dough (cricket ball sized), grease your palms and flatten the ball into a small paratha with your hands
Make a hole in the centre (this is for the dhapate to cook well)
Take this and slowly put it in a pan smeared with oil, cook well on both sides till it gets cooked and becomes a little crisp and brown (it takes a while to cook so keep the gas on medium to sim)
Have it hot with butter or with dry potato subzi
