I was not confident of making this as I wasnt sure how it will turn out to be (sometimes even the most simplest recipe can fail).. I thought of trying this for navratri this year and lo.. turned out to be a not so difficult one and the halwa was just superb
I have never had the courage to try this laddoo as it involved deep frying and that too in ghee.. But I wanted to try this in air fryer...
This is a wonderful recipe with all the healthy ingredients.. sattu is filled with protein as it is basically roasted chana dal powder...
