This is an easy recipe that I usually make when I have excess fresh grated coconut in my fridge.
Cook Time: 15 mins
Ingredients
2/3 cup Maida
5 and 1/2 cups Fresh grated coconut
1 can or 397 gms Condensed milk
1 tsp Vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add maida and grated coconut
Add salt and vanilla essence
Add the grated coconut and mix well to form a blended mixture
Spread butter paper on a try. Scoop out ping pong sized balls with an ice cream scooper and line them on the tray.
Bake this in at 175 degree C preheated oven for 10-12 minutes till you see a light brown crust on the surface.
