1 cup Maida
1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup Brown sugar
1 tsp Vanilla essence
1/4 cup Yogurt
1 tsp Warm milk
2 tsp Coffee powder
1/4 cup Chopped walnuts

In a bowl, add the butter, curd and sugar and beat it well
Add the milk-coffee mixture, vanilla essence and mix well
Fold in the dry mixture gently, mixing it thoroughly
Add the walnuts and form a dough without kneading it hard
Cover with a cling foil and refrigerate for an hour
Make balls out of this and line them in a greased baking tray
Make a criss cross design with the fork and bake them in a preheated oven at 170 degrees C for 12-15 minutes, keeping a watch not to burn them
