This recipe has a good amount of butter in it, making it not as healthy as you may think it is. In case you thought you would eat healthy and bought a big packet of muesli or cornflakes, and then decide not to eat it, you can make this recipe :) Most of my recipes stem out of this dilemma! This recipe is really tasty as I added cinnamon flavoured honey muesli and with honey cornflakes.

Ingredients
1/2 cup Maida
1/2 cup + 1/4 cup Cornflakes
1/4 cup unsalted butter
1/4 cup Powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp baking powder
A pinch of salt
Instructions
Grind the ½ cup cornflakes very coarsely and keep aside
Beat the sugar and butter till it becomes creamy, add vanilla essence
Add the maida, baking powder and the powdered cornflakes and make a smooth dough. If it is crumbly, add a little milk
Cover with a cling foil and refrigerate
Powder ¼ cup of cornflakes into a less coarse powder
Make balls out of the dough, slightly press it, toss it in the cornflakes well, covering the biscuits
Line it in a greased tray and bake for 12-18 minutes at 180 degrees C, keeping a close watch as it may get brown quickly
