I have posted a ginger bread with wheat flour and jaggery which was also superb but I have been wanting to try the traditional gingerbread but most of the good texture recipes on the web had eggs. So I decided to take a risk and try one with flax meal and the result was just like the original.. super soft. But beware, your house would be so so aromatic at the final stages of getting baked, its irresistible
