Eggless Gulab Jamun cookies

I thought I would give a try with a packet of gulab jamun mix which was lying with me for a long time. I did not want to venture into breads or cakes, so thinking cookies is generally a no fail recipe, I decided to try and as expected the taste, texture and aroma was superb. Just make sure you keep a very close watch as it tends to get burnt suddenly. I caught mine just on time.
