I have been wanting to try mango mousse for a long time but I wasnt getting veg gelatin anywhere. This time I got gelatin from India and the first thing I did was to try as I make a lot of mango puree and deep freeze it in mango season. I got these cute small size disposable desert cups from amazon and made them in those cups.. looked absolutely awesome
