Mousse is basically a creamy soft rich desert. They are generally served in small serving size containers and can be made with different flavours. I previously made a chocolate mousse recipe and posted it. This recipe is with pineapple flavour and tastes really good. In this recipe I have also added white chocolate for a different kick. White chocolate works better in terms of colour with the pineapple. As usual, this is another recipe without egg.
