This is a very tasty laddoo which my mom used to make for Ganesh Chaturthi.. This is different from the traditional til laddoos that maharashtrians make for sankranti.. this is made with powdered til. I have used a little peanuts for the dense texture, you can omit and use only til.
I have never had the courage to try this laddoo as it involved deep frying and that too in ghee.. But I wanted to try this in air fryer...
This is a wonderful recipe with all the healthy ingredients.. sattu is filled with protein as it is basically roasted chana dal powder...
I found this recipe on the web and I instantly loved it.. I also had some left over coarse burfi which I had bought for laddoos so...
