This is again a very simple recipe to make. I am sure you have probably observed that my recipes are not complicated to prepare at all!
Prep Time: 15 mins
Cook Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
2 cup Carrots cubed
3/4 cup Finely chopped methi leaves
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Amchur powder
2 tsps Chilli powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
For tempering
2 tbsps Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 tsp Turmeric powder
A pinch of Hing
Instructions
In a pan take oil, temper cumin seeds, hing and turmeric powder
Take carrots in a bowl and microwave it till half cooked
Add the half cooked carrots, methi leaves and salt. Cover and cook till done.
Add the chilli powder, coriander powder, amchur powder and mix well
Serve hot with dal and rotis
