These are gorgeous baked rolls. The best way to have it is warm with butter drizzled over it with a cup of tea or coffee.

Ingredients
1 and 1/2 cups maida
1/2 cup Warm water
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/2 tbsp yeast
1 tsp Sesame seeds
1 tbsp Olive oil
For the garlic butter
6 tbsp Salted butter
2 tbsp Garlic paste
2 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
Instructions
In a cup add the warm water dissolve salt and sugar and add yeast to it, keep it covered for it to froth up
In a wide vessel add the maida and the yeast mixture and knead for 10 mins to make a nice smooth dough
Apply oil and keep it in a warm place for an hour for the dough to double
In the meantime, mix butter, garlic paste and coriander leaves well, keep aside
Take the dough and punch the air out of it and knead for 3 mins
In a floured platform, take half of the dough and roll it in to a ½ inch long rectangle
Apply half the garlic mixture well on the surface
Roll it tightly into a cylinder and cut it into 4 equal mini rolls
Do the same for the other half
Line these in a greased loaf tin, apply milk and sprinkle sesame seeds
Keep them in a warm place covered for another 20 mins till it rises again
Bake them for 30 mins in 180 degrees
Brush butter and have it warm
