Instant Nelikkai (amla) pickle

My amma's pickles and sambhar powder are to die for. I am not a pickle person but I had taken the recipes of 2-3 pickles which I like. Amla is very good for immunity but I dont like to eat it just like that so I made this one. This pickle tastes heavenly with curd rice ofcourse but with any Kootu rice also it tastes yummy
