I have very nostalgic memories of this really tasty dosa. My mom used to make this to munch in the evenings or she used to make this on Fridays when we both used to do Santoshimata pooja, for which we could only eat limited items. These are very tasty when had hot and topped with ghee!
Cook Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
1 cup Wheat flour
1 tbsp Rice flour
3/4 cup Powdered jaggery
1 tsp Cardamom powder
A pinch of salt
1 tbsp Fresh grated coconut
Ghee for cooking
Water, as needed for a batter
Instructions
In a blender, take wheat flour, rice flour, jaggery, coconut and salt
Add water little by little and grind to a fine batter, the batter should resemble a thick dosa batter
Remove in a vessel and add cardamom powder. Mix well.
Take a dosa non-stick pan, grease ghee with a tissue paper
Pour a ladle of batter and spread like dosa
Drizzle some ghee on the sides and cook
Once cooked flip to the other side and let it cook for another 2-3 minutes
