This is a very delicious and quick sweet preparation. This can be made for bhog for any occasion or festival.

Ingredients
1 litre + 1 litre Milk
1 tbsp vinegar
100 gms Sugar
1 tsp Cardamom powder
Slivered almonds and pistachios, for garnish
Silver varq, as required
Instructions
Take 2 heavy bottom non stick saucepan and add 1 litre milk each to both
Start boiling both with the flame low and keep stirring at all times
Add vinegar to one of the pans when the milk starts boiling
When the milk starts curdling, switch off the gas
Pour this in a thin muslin cloth, show it under running water and squeeze it well to remove all the water. Keep this aside.
Boil the other milk till it reduces to half
Add the paneer to this and start cooking till it gets thicker
Add sugar and keep cooking on low flame till it starts leaving the sides
Add cardamom powder and mix
Pour this into a greased tray, sprinkle the dry fruits and press lightly
Spread a silver varq on top
Once completely cool, cut into burfis
