This is a staple breakfast dish in most Gujju homes. Very simple, healthy and supposedly tasty.. Personally I dont like Khaman dokla, I prefer the fermented white dokla. This dokla is a very versatile dish, can be crumbled over poha, can be had as a chaat by topping it with the chutneys and sev
