This is a dish I innovated because I had leftover chapathis. I tried this recipe and found it to be a perfect breakfast dish.
Cook Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
4 Leftover chapathis
1 Finely chopped onions
1 tsp Chilli powder
Salt, to taste
Finely chopped coriander leaves
For tempering
1 tbsp Oil
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp Urad dal
1 tbsp peanuts
1 tsp turmeric powder
Instructions
Chop the chapathis, add it to a chopper and mince it to resemble granules
In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds and urad dal and sauté till the dal gets light brown. Then, add turmeric powder.
Add the chopped onions and peanuts and sauté till onions turn light brown and peanuts turn crispy
Add chilli powder, salt, and mix well
Add the chapathi granules, sprinkle water and cover and cook for 2-3 mins till well blended
Garnish with coriander leaves
