This is a very tasty and quick south indian breakfast or dinner dish. My amma used to make sevai by the traditional way of grinding rice, steaming them and squeezing them in the sevai nazhi. This tastes definitely better. However in these fast times when we dont have the time to do this length method, we have instant sevai to our rescue. There is Concord, 777, MTR and Anil brand but I personally like the 777 brand. Very easy to make it, just need to soak water and leave it to get cooked.
