These vadas can be had as a snack either plain or adding cabbage or onions. Generally served with coconut chutney but a deadly combo is to soak these in rasam or sambhar and have it. We make these vadas for many festivals as well i.e. gokulashtami, ganesh chaturthi, varlakshmi nombu etc
