This gravy is an extremely tasty dish that is best had with rotis. The combination of methi leaves with milk is delicious!
Cook Time: 30 mins
Ingredients
3 cups Finely chopped methi leaves
1 and 1/2 cups Frozen peas
1 cup Milk
Salt, to taste
2 tsps Garam masala
3 tbsps butter
1 tsp Cumin seeds
To saute and make the paste
1 Onion
1 inch Ginger
1 Garlic
3 Green chillies

1 tsp Cumin seeds
Instructions
In a pan take 1 tbsp butter and saute the chopped methi leaves until it shrivels, keep aside
In the same pan take 1 tbsp butter and saute all the ingredients under "saute and grind"
Saute till the raw smell goes way, grind all ingredients in a blender to a fine paste without adding much water
In a pan take the balance 1 tbsp butter and add the paste, saute for 5-7 minutes till it leaves an aroma (note that this should be done on a sim flame so that it does not burn)
Add the methi leaves, salt and water and cook for 5 minutes
Add garam masala, frozen peas and milk and cook till well blendes (I added paneer cubes as well)
Serve hot with rotis
