Ingredients
1 cup Finely chopped methi leaves
1 cup Cubed paneer
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
3 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
1 Finely chopped onions
1 Finely chopped tomatoes
1 tsp Garam masala
3/4 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
2 pinches kasuri methi
Instructions
In a pan take oil and splutter cumin seeds
Add the onions, ginger garlic paste and saute till the raw smell goes away
Add the tomatoes, salt and turmeric powder and saute till it becomes mushy
Add chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and cook till the spices are well incorporated
Next, add the methi leaves and saute till cooked
Lastly add the paneer cubes and rub kasuri methi and cook till the paneer is well coated in the spices
Serve hot with dal and chapathi
