This is a paratha made by Gujjus, very tasty and healthy as well. Since yogurt is added, it is perishable and tends to get spoilt so it needs to be consumed in a day. You can keep this for longer without adding yogurt, in fact I carry a lot of Teplas when I go on holidays.

Ingredients
1 cup Finely chopped methi leaves
1 & 1/2 cups Wheat flour
3 tbsp Green chillies – ginger paste
salt to taste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp + 1 tbsp Oil
2 tbsps Curd
1 tsp Hing
Oil for cooking
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients, 1 tbsp oil and mix well
Add very little water and knead to a smooth but firm dough
Smear oil and knead once more, keep it covered for half hour
Take a large peda and roll it into a thick paratha
Cook this on both sides with little oil till it gets cooked
