This is a very different ice cream with a little bit of work. However, the end result is worth all the hard work. I have used an ingredient called coffeemate, which is basically coffee creamer.
Prep Time: 30 mins
Cook Time: 8 hrs
Ingredients
500 ml heavy whipping cream
Little less than 1/4 cup Condensed milk
350 gms Nutella
1 cup Coffeemate
1 tsp Coffee
a few tbsp warm water for coffee
10 Brownies
Instructions
Mix coffee powder in warm water and keep aside
Whip the cream till you get peaks
Add nutella in it retaining 5 tbsps, condensed milk and the coffee mate and whip well
Add the coffee mixture and whip one more time
Freeze this in an ice cream tin for an hour and half
Remove and beat this once more
Roughly break the brownies and mix it thoroughly through the ice cream
Heat the remaining nutella and once it is warm and runny, swirl this through the ice cream mixing it well thoroughly and freeze it again overnight
