This is one of the staple sweets in every tamilian homes during Diwali.. this, I would say is a tricky sweet and if you can master it, then the recipe is for keeps.. I remember a funny incident as a child. Once my mom made mysore pak for diwali and unfortunately that time she happened to remove it a bit late so it became crumbly. Even though after that she made perfect ones, my brother would tease her saying oh amma you are making mysorepak? then Ill get ready with the spoon!!. It tastes heavenly when it is hot and had immediately after making it.
