This is a healthy bar that can be had for breakfast. Filled with the goodness of dates and a lot of dry fruits and seeds, the only sugary part of this recipe is honey. If you want, you can avoid the honey completely.

Ingredients
200 gms Seedless sticky dates
200 gms Almonds
150 gms Oats
20 gms raisins
20 gms Sesame
50 gms Mixed berries and seeds
1 tbsp Honey
1 tsp Cardamom powder
Instructions
Soak the seedless dates in hot water for 2 hours and then make a paste without adding water
Dry roast the oats and grind it to a fine powder (you can retain some of the oats as it is if you wish)
Dry roast almonds, raisins, sesame seeds and then crush them
Take a non stick pan and add the dates paste
Saute it for 3-4 mins after which the dates will start getting thicker
In the meantime, line a tray with baking sheet and grease it
Add honey and all the other ingredients except oats powder and saute till it gets thicker and there is no moisture
Lastly add the oats powder and switch off the flame
Put this in the lined tray and refrigerate it for 2 hours
Invert it and cut into rectangle bars
