No Cook Sweet Poha

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Poha

  • 1/2 cup Powdered jaggery

  • 1 tbsp Ghee

  • 3 tbsp Grated coconut

  • 1 tsp Cardamom powder

  • 3 tbsp Coconut bits

Instructions

  1. Wash the poha through a sieve well

  2. Squeeze it and add it in a mixing bowl

  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it well while mashing it

  4. You can add slices of ripe bananas if you wish
