This oats is a very healthy recipe, made with wheat flour and oats spiced with chilli powder and onion as an option.

Ingredients
1 cup Wheat flour
3/4 cup Coarsely ground oats
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Turmeric powder
2 tsps Chilli powder
4 tbsps Finely chopped coriander leaves
1 Finely chopped onions (optional)
Oil for cooking and smearing on dough
Instructions
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil and mix well
Add water little by little and knead into a soft dough
Smear oil and keep aside covered for half an hour
Roll this into a thick paratha and cook on both sides on a pan, adding little oil on both sides
Serve hot with a subzi of your choice
