This is something similar to my masala crackers recipe, but this has healthier ingredients. I used multigrain flour and oats in this recipe and of course it is baked. These crackers are for your mid-morning snacking!

Cook Time: 20 mins
Ingredients
1/2 cup Instant oats
3/4 cup Wheat flour or multigrain flour
Salt, to taste
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbsp Finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tbsp Mixed herbs
Freshly ground pepper, as per taste
5 tbsp Olive oil
Instructions
In a wide mixing bowl add the oats, salt, sugar and wheat flour and mix well
Add the olive oil and other ingredients and mix well
Add little water and make a firm dough. Divide this dough into 2 parts.
Take a butter paper, roll 1 part into a thick roti
Take a designed cutter and make squares
Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the rest of the dough
Prick it with the fork, line it in a greased baking tray and spray olive oil
Bake at 170 Degree C preheated oven for 20 minutes till it becomes light brown on the sides
