This paratha is a different type with a medley of green peas, corn and onions. The taste is really yummy!

Ingredients
1 Onion
1/4 cup Green peas
1/4 cup Frozen corn niblets
2 cups Wheat flour
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Finely chopped coriander leaves
1 tsp Chilli powder
1 tbsp Pav bhaji masala
Oil for cooking
Instructions
Put green peas, corn and onions in a chopper and chop fine
Add this to the wheat flour and add all the other ingredients except oil
Mash well
Add little water as the onions tend to leave out water and make a nice pliable dough. The dough should be a little hard and firm.
Apply 1 tbsp oil and knead the dough once again and keep aside for half an hour
Make balls and roll into thick paratha and cook on both sides.
Serve hot with yogurt and pickle
