This is a spicy chutney and tastes delicious with idlis or dosas.

Ingredients
10 Small onions or shallots
2 small Tomatoes roughly chopped
1/2 inch Ginger
2 Green chillies
1 tsp Chilli powder
1/2 cup Coriander leaves roughly chopped
1 tsp + 1 tsp Oil
1 tsp Mustard seeds
Instructions
Remove the skin of the shallots
In a pan take 1 tsp oil and add the shallots and ginger, saute till it becomes light brown and the raw smell goes away
Add the tomatoes and saute till mushy
Add the chilli powder, salt and saute for another minute
Lastly add the coriander leaves and switch off the flame
Grind this to a fine paste
In a pan take oil and splutter mustard seeds, add this to the chutney
