This is a simple subzi with a unique combination of cauliflower and spinach.

Ingredients
2 cups finely chopped spinach leaves
2 cups cauliflower florets
Salt, to taste
2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Amchur powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Instructions
Soak cauliflower florets in hot boiling water with salt and turmeric powder
In a pan take oil and splutter cumin seeds, add turmeric powder
Add spinach leaves and sauté, add salt
Drain the cauliflower and add this to the spinach mixture, cover and cook
Add chilli powder, garam masala, coriander powder, amchur powder and mix well. Saute for 5 more minutes till everything is well combined.
Serve hot with rotis
