Ingredients
1 cup Crumbled paneer
Salt, to taste
1 Finely chopped onions
1 Finely chopped tomatoes
1/2 Finely chopped capsicum
1 tsp Turmeric powder
4 Finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp Garam masala
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 tbsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin seeds
Instructions
In a pan, take oil and splutter cumin seeds, add turmeric powder
Add the green chillies and saute for a minute
Add the onions and saute till it becomes pink
Add the capsicum if you are using and saute till onions becomes brown
Add the tomatoes if you are using and saute till it becomes soft
Add salt, coriander powder, and the garam masala and mix well, saute for another minute
Add the crumbled paneer and mix well
Garnish with coriander leaves
Notes
Some people make this as a gravy but I prefer it dry
